The Silver Saddle, owned by Mr. and Mrs. Don Olson and Mrs. Betty Shaw, hosted the 1981 Lyle segment of the Eagles Cancer Telethon, January 31 and February 1.
Bands donating time Saturday night, January 31 through Sunday afternoon were, Northern Cowboys, Red Walsh, Scandinavians, Beacon and Ridin' High.
