Mrs. Frank Kovarik

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank W. Kovarik, 78, who died at the Park hospital in Mason City Monday, November 9, were held Wednesday, November 11 at Our Savior's Lutheran church in Lyle with the Rev. Merland Johnson officiating.

Ella Marie Hanson was born November 18, 1881, the daughter of O. P. and Christine Hanson in Mona, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed in the Mona Lutheran church.

She was married to Frank W. Kovarik October 30, 1907 at Osage. They lived in Lyle, Minnesota; Toeterville, Iowa, Aberdeen, South Dakota and Stillwater and Duluth, Minnesota where Mr. Kovarik died November 18, 1949. After his death Mrs. Kovarik moved to Lyle where she made her home with her sister, Mrs. Marie Follmuth. Mrs. Kovarik was preceded in death by her husband, parents five brothers and one sister.

Mrs. Kovarik is survived by her foster daughter, Dorraine Konczak of Duluth, Minnesota; four granddaughters, two brothers, Marcus of Osage and Albert of Lyle; also one sister, Marie Follmuth of Lyle.
