DIED.

Miss Minnie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Hofland died at the home of her parents, Wednesday March 30 about noon from consumption.

The deceased was born and raised in the vicinity and was 19 years of age. She had apparently been in good health until last [illegible: fall?] when she contracted a cold while in St. Ansgar that settled in her lungs and from which she never recovered. She was taken to St. Olaf Hospital at Austin where she remained for six weeks but was not benefitted so returned home and has since been failing steadily till death came to end the struggle.

Miss Minnie was good hearted, agreeable and of a kind disposition and has a host of friends who will ever cherish her memory in their hearts.

The funeral will be held from the house, Saturday morning April 2 at 11 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. Waldeland from St. Ansgar. Interment will be in Sunny Side Cemetery.
