OBITUARY

The funeral of the late Engebrit Anderson was held at the Six Mile Grove church Tuesday afternoon and interment was made in the church cemetery.

The deceased was born April 1st, 1850 in Sogn, Norway. He immigrated at the age of 12 with his parents and settled near Calmar, Ia., where he lived for about 5 years, when he came to Mower County and settled in Six Mile Grove, where he lived until his death.

In 1875 he was united in marriage to Emm Berg of Mitchell County, Ia. To them were born 16 children. 10 of whom have passed away. Those living are Ole Ingebrit of this vicinity, Sophie Hedin of Cannon Falls, Minn., Severt and Edward of Rhame, N. D.
