Knut Erickson buried

Knut Erickson was killed by the cars north of Lyle last Tuesday afternoon. He had been to Austin and upon his way back he became intoxicated and laid down on the track to sleep it off. He was buried in the Mona cemetery last Thursday.

O'Lena Arneson died

Newspaper: 

Mrs. O'Lena Arneson passed away Sunday at her home about a mile east of London after several months of illness. Mrs. Arneson was about 74 years of age. The funeral was held Wednesday and interment was made at Mona Cemetery. Rev. Moe had charge of the funeral.

Guri Bakke obituary

Mrs. Guri Bakke, wife of Knute Bakke, who has been an invalid for nearly 25 years died last Sunday morning aged 63 years.

She was married to Mr. Bakke in 1864 and came to Mona in 1880. They have had 3 children two of whom are living, Olaf aged 30 years and Serine aged 23 years.

She was buried Tuesday in the Mona cemetery, Rev. Eggen officiating. A large number of friends and neighbors came to pay their last respects to the old lady.

Torger Amimsen obituary

Newspaper: 

Mr. Torger Amimsen, aged 74 years, died at his home one mile south of Mona, Wednesday Sept. 4, 1895. He was favorably known among his neighbors. Just a week before the summons came, he was taken suddenly ill with cholera morbis and he steadily sank until death overtook him.

The funeral services were held last Friday at Mona N.L. church and were attended by his relatives and neighbors. Rev. Eggen preached the sermon, after which he was laid to rest in Mona. cemetery.
