in Austin, Minnesota Tuesday, January 9 for a former Lyle business man, Ingewahl F. Dahl, age 85, now of Austin, at the Congregational church with the Rev. Edwin J. Arnold officiating and interment was in Oakwood cemetery.

Mr. Dahl suffered a heart attack Sunday morning while he and his wife were enroute to church and died immediately.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hans H. Dahl and was reared in the Otranto area.

He and his brother, the late Olaf Dahl operated a dry goods and grocery store in Lyle in the early 1900's for a period of fifteen years. Then he moved to Austin where he resided since. He was in the Insurance business there before his retirement. He was a long-time member of the Salvation Army Board and well known for his community fund drives.

He is survived by his wife, Lucina, a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Knopf, and a brother, Art Dahl, and a sister, Mrs. N. E. (Ida) Fedson all of Austin, and two grandsons.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Mrs. Margaret McCabe, also four brothers Olaf, Henry, Sigurd and Tom, and two sisters, Mrs. L. A. (Sophia) Sherman and Mrs. Loy (Rena) Ames.
