Obituary

Willie, son of Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Hofland, died at the home of his parents, Dec. 28th, of consumption.

He was born, Oct. 7th 1890 and has always lived in this vicinity. He had been in good health until last spring when he contracted a cold, which settled on his lungs. Although help was sought from the best physicians, he never recovered.

He was a kind and agreeable lad and had a host of friends will cherish his memory.

There was a large attendance at the funeral which was held Thursday, by Rev. Esser. Interment was made in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
