Funeral Services For Philip Church Held September 19 At Mona Lutheran Church

Funeral services for Philip A. Church, 4, Osage, who died Friday, September 16 at Mitchell County memorial hospital, Osage, of injuries sustained in an accident at his home, were held Monday, September 19 at Mona Lutheran church, Mona, with the Rev. Gaylord Grant and the Rev. Einar Unseth of Faith Lutheran church, London, Minn. officiating.

Philip was born in Osage July 15, 1984, the son of Dean and Lianna (Jahr) Church.

Survivors include his parents, Dean and Lianna; two sisters, Sarah and Elizabeth; one frother Joshua, all at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Almo Jahr of rural St. Ansgar; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Church, Stacyville; maternal great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Johnson, rural St. Ansgar; and paternal great grandmother, Mrs. Joseph Simon of Stacyville.

Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Mona.
