Obituary.

The funeral ceremonies of Chloe Bassett were held last Sunday May 2, at Lansing, Minn.

Miss Chloe was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose Bassett.

She was born in Mower county, Minn., April 1, 1889, and died Jan. 8, 1897. Remains were interred at the Enterprise cemetery, Jan. 10, 1897.

Chloe was a member of the Sunday school at Lansing. She used to delight in singing with us the songs of Jesus and the lamb. And, now, we trust, she has joined that Heavenly choir to sing his praises in that world without end.
