"Lyle Study Club

The Lyle Study Club was organized March 19, 1940, at the A. P. Garnatz home. First officers were Mrs. A. P. Garnatz, president, and Mrs. George Gaarder, secretary-treasurer.

The two-fold purpose of the club was the study subjects suggested by club members and to help sponsor the Library Club.

Meetings are held once a month on the third Tuesday. The 1970 officers include Mrs. Vern Bell, president; Mrs. Nels Golberg, vice president, and Mrs. Glen Dahl, secretary-treasurer."
