Mrs. Nels Robertson, who has been ill for several weeks, passed away Monday morning at her home in Mona. The deceased was born in Denmark April 1st, 1838. About thirty years ago she immigrated to America with her husband and eight children, settling on a farm in Worth county, where the family remained for nearly twenty years. Nine years ago Mr. and Mrs. Robertson moved to Mona and this was their home until their death, Mr. Robertson passed away 2 years ago last March. Mrs. Robertson leaves one sister in Denmark and eight children to mourn her death. The children are Mrs. C. Marcussen, Nels and Mark Robertson of this vicinity, Robert Robertson of Blooming Prairie, Mrs. E. Larson, Sioux Falls, Mrs. Anton Nelson, Neenah Wis., Mrs. H. Waubeam, Hewitt Minn., and J.A. Robertson of Minneapolis.

The funeral was held Thursday afternoon from the Lutheran church at Mona and interment was made in Pleasant Hill cemetery. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Moe.
