Roger Gibson was born in London Freeborn county in 1871. He was for some time in a barber shop here. From Lyle he went to Devils Lake, N. D., and then moved to Duluth, where he went into business with his brother, Jo, in a Barbers Supply shop.

He leaves a wife and four children beside four brothers and two sisters: John, of Austin; George, Jo and Will, of Duluth; Mary Gibson and Rose Hildreth, of Pasadena, Cal. The father and mother are both dead. The remains arrived in Lyle on the noon train Thursday and a short funeral service was held at the Woodbury cemetery, where the remains were laid to rest. Rev. S.
