THE OBITUARY OF THEODORE ARNESON

(Mona Correspondent)

Theodore Arneson was born in October, 1854, in Solor, Norway, and emigrated to America in 1882. He made his home with Mr. Martin Hanson south of here for three years.

In the year of 1885 he was united in marriage with Miss Lena Arneson. They settled on the Arneson farm, where he resided until his heath on January 23. He had always been in good health until about two weeks before his death but appeared as well as usual until the evening of January 23, when he was taken suddenly ill and died in a short time.

Mr. Arneson was a faithful member of the local church for nearly 50 years. He will be greatly missed by his many friends to whom he always proved to be a true friend during the many years he was given to spend in this community.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Langehough from the home and later at the church on January 27.

Besides his wife he leaves one sister to mourn his departure.
