Funeral Held At
Mona Lutheran

Funeral services were held on Friday, July 31, at Mona Lutheran church for Mrs. William Garner, 67, who died at Mitchell County Memorial hospital Osage July 29 with the Rev. Stanley Klemesrud officiating. Interment was in Pleasant Hill cemetery at Mona.

Helen Augusta Moe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Olaf Moe, was born October 2, 1896 in Trempealeau County, Wis. Her childhood was spent in Wis. and she was confirmed April 21, 1912.

She was united in marriage to William Garner June 27, 1918 at Northwood, Ia. One son, Warren born to this union.

She has lived in Mitchell and Worth counties the past forty-seven years.

She is survived by her husband William of near Mona, one son, Warren, Mason City; two grandsons, Roger and Donald Garner of Mason City; two brothers, Otis Moe and Melvin Moe of Arcadia, and Mrs. B. E. Olson of Independence, Wis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
