The remains of Mrs. Ole Linde, whose death was announced last week were brought to Lyle from Grand Forks last Sunday afternoon and laid to rest in the family lot in the Six Mile Grove cemetery.

The deceased was born near Calmar, Iowa, January 22nd, 1861, where she grew to womanhood. Later the family moved to this vicinity, and about eighteen years ago she was united in marriage to Ole Linde. Until about three years ago the family made their residence, at Lyle and Adams. They then moved to Grand Forks, N. D., where Mr. Linde was engaged in carpenter work.

About nine months ago the deceased commenced to fail, suffering from rheumatism, and later a stroke of paralysis. She passed away very quietly last week Thursday morning.

She leaves, beside her husband, one daughter, Stena, two sisters, Mrs. P. A. Johnson and Mrs. E. O. Anderson, of this community, and three brothers, John Northness, of Parkers Prairie, Minn., Peter Northness, of Oregon, Cal., and Sever Northness, of Canton, S. D. All the relatives were present at the funeral Monday afternoon except John and Peter Northness.
