Martin & Fossey

1915-01-22 - A deal was closed, Wednesday, whereby G. A. Martin and Chas. Fossey, his brother-in-law, became owners of the stock of general merchandise owned by A. M. Wilson. The store is now closed and the stock is being invoiced. The new firm will open their doors to the public Saturday morning and will be pleased to see their friends and all the old patrons of the store. Mr. Wilson's poor health compelled him to make a change, and he may go to his farm in Marshall Co. The new proprietors are well known to the people of this community, having lived here the greater part of their lives. For the past five years Mr. Fossey has worked in a store in North Dakota. His friends are more than pleased to welcome him back to the community.
