Funeral services for Jurine C. Myhre, 91, of St. Ansgar, who died Tuesday, October 11 at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center, were held Thursday, October 13 at Mona Lutheran church with the Rev. Gaylord Grant officiating.

Miss Myhre was born May 17, 1897 in Mona, the daughter of Jacob and Karen Myhre. She was baptized and confirmed at Mona Lutheran church and attended school in Mona.

She lived in Mona until 1930. She then moved to Lyle, Minn. until 1959. Except for a short stay in California she moved to Colorado City, Tex. She returned to Lyle in 1986 and later moved to the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center.

She is survived by two brothers, Conrad Myhre of St. Ansgar and Glenn Myhre of Lyle; a sister and brother-in-law, Daisy and W. H. Gunn of Colorado City, Tex. and a sister-in-law, Esther Myhre of St. Ansgar, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters-in-law, Veta Myhre and Almyra (Penny) Myhre.
