JENS MORTENSEN

Jens (James) Mortensen, 90, died Monday afternoon at his home in Lyle.

Surviving are his wife, Anna; two daughters, Amanda and Mrs. L. G. Howard (Katherine), Lyle; three sons, Jay, Orville and Lloyd Mortensen, Lyle. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon.

Funeral services for Jens (James) Mortensen, Lyle, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Lyle, the Rev. Stanford Stenson officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Mona, Iowa. Friends may call at the Worlein Funeral Home until noon Thursday and at the church from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
