Obituary

News of the sudden death of Fred Leidall came as a shock to the many friends of the deceased and family. He had been, apparently, in his usual health, and nothing was known of his struggle until Wednesday morning, when he was found dead in bed.

For the past three or four years he has been subject to epileptic fits and it is thought that he suffered one of these fits, and wrapping the bedding around his head, smothered before he was discovered.

Fred was one of a family of nine children, and was born December 31, 1887 at the home of his parents where he passed away. He was of a very quiet disposition and leaves a large number of sorrowing friends. Besides his parents and sister and 4 brothers at home he leaves three brothers in North Dakota, Willie at Marion, and Albert and Oscar at Enderlin.

The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon and interment will be made in the Grove Cemetery.
