--Francis McCabe of Lyle has quarreled with his wife more or less for two or three years. Some weeks ago he pounded her, and she left him and went home. Her brother, Henry Moshier, went over and thrashed brother-in-law Francis. McCabe sued Moshier for assault and battery. The case, on trial before Justice Noble here, last week was decided in favor of Moshier.
