OBITUARY

Dr. and Mrs. Cobb received word Friday morning that their daughter, Mrs. John Keuken was seriously ill at Northfield, and at once made preparation to go to her, but before they started, another message came saying that she had passed away.

Enid Hazel Cobb, youngest daughter of Dr. and Mrs. W. F. Cobb, was born at Mona, Iowa, April 11, 1889. Her childhood days were spent there until 1895, when the family moved to Lyle. She attended the Lyle school and was a member of the first class graduated from the new high school. She studied at Northfield, Minn., also at Albert Lea college and Minneapolis Business college. She has been a member of Lyle Congregational church for fourteen years. She was married to John H. Kueken, of Minneapolis, June 17, 1914. They made their home in that city during the past two years.

She was a woman of happy disposition, kind, loving and lovable, of noble character and high ideals. During the past month she had been visiting her sister, Mrs. L. O. Olsen, in Northfield. It was there on October 17 she suddenly passed away after only a few hours' illness. The happy Kueken home is broken up by the passing of the dearly beloved wife, the fond and devoted mother. She leaves her husband and little daughter, Audrey Mae, her father and mother and two sisters, Mrs. N. C. Puynam, of Ridgeway, Iowa, and Mrs. L. O. Olson, of Northfield, Minn., and hosts of friends.

The remains were brought to Lyle and funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Congregational church Interment was made at Woodbury cemetery.

O. Olson family, of Northfield; the N. C. Putnam family, of Ridgeway; Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Hedemark, of Albert Lea, and Mr. and Mrs. John Knutson, of Adams.
