OBITUARY

The remains of Mrs. Emma Anderson arrived here last Friday evening from St. Paul where the deceased passed away Thursday evening.

Mrs. Anderson was taken to St. Joseph's hospital for an operation for appendicitis on Nov. 17th and remained there until her death. She had been in poor health for some time and death came to relieve her of her sufferings.

She was born in Wisconsin September 16, 1855 and remained there until in the early seventies when she moved with her parents to this community where she has since made her home.

On January 16, 1873 she was united in marriage to Engebrit Anderson. To them were born 16 children, six of whom are living. She leaves besides an aged mother, two sisters, one brother and a husband to mourn the loss of a kind hearted mother, sister and wife.

The funeral has been postponed until Saturday on account of the storm. The remains were laid to rest in the Six Mile Grove cemetery.
