EDNA LEBARON

At the home of her parents in this village, Friday afternoon, Oct. 16, 1903 of Acute Meningitis, Miss Edna LeBaren, aged 17 years and 10 months.

She came to Lyle with her parents, about nine years ago, from West Mitchell, Iowa where she was born Dec. 17th, 1885, and has since resided in Lyle. The deceased has been in poor health during the past summer and the last three weeks prior to her death was confined to her bed.

A large company in attendance at the funeral service testified to the great esteem in which she was held. The funeral services, conducted by Rev. C. D. Belden of Austin were held at the residence, Sunday forenoon. Interment was made in Woodbury cemetery. We extend sympathy to the bereaved family.
