-- Eben L. Merry, an old settler and one of the first to come into the county, died at his home, in this city, yesterday morning, at 7:30 o'clock. He served during the war of the Rebellion, in company C, 4th Minnesota Infantry, Col. Hubbard commanding. He was also a member of McIntyre Post, G. A. R. His age was 74. The funeral services will take place to-morrow, time and place not decided.
