B. D. Hedemark
Berndt Dyresen Hedemark died on 18 June 1909 at the age of 57. Obituary from 1909-06-25 in Lyle Tribune states:
"B. D. Hedemark was born in Norway July 18, 1851 and came to America in 1873. He at once settled in Lyle and engaged in the shoe business, which he was pushed to success by his honest, energetic methods..."
Likely started around 1873-1875 as another article from 1900 says he has been "in town for twenty-five years"

1909-06-18 - B. D. Hedemark dies
1910-02-11 - Herman Anderson, who has charge of the Hedemark Shoe Store, went to St. Peter, Sunday, for a couple days visit with his family.
1910-04-08 - Herman Anderson, who has had charge of the Hedemark shoe store for several months, has resigned his position and will leave as soon as some one can be secured to take his place.

1910-05-20 - A. L. Krause of Northfield has been secured to take charge of the Hedemark shoe store. Mr. Krause commenced upon his duties Thursday.
